It wasn't until later in the day when I finally decided to run, When I got to the track I was planning on 3 miles, but at about 2.5 miles I decided I would "go the extra mile" as they say. The pace was tolerable at 3 miles -- meaning my right leg was getting a little sore, but the pain was not yet enough to warrant a complete stop at 3. It was hot out there today. The sun was strong, but not at all unbearable. I completed the 4 miles in a respectable pace. I also decided (today) to sign up for a 5k race in Upton, MA for this Saturday. More on this race soon! Here are the stats for today's run on the Harvard track.
This blog highlights running for me since mid July of 2024. Maps, images and detailed writings about many day's workouts are included. At times, there may be biking, walking or other kinds of workouts
